Itinerary

Arrive in Gwalior and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the magnificent Gwalior Fort, built in the 8th century and later developed by Man Singh Tomar. The fort stands on Gopachal Hill and houses several historic structures. Explore Gujari Mahal, now a museum with Jain and Hindu artifacts, and Man Mandir Palace, known for its intricate artwork. Also see Teli Ka Mandir and Sas Bahu Temple. Overnight stay in Gwalior.

After breakfast, drive to Datia to visit the grand Datia Palace, also called Bir Singh Deo Palace. Built by Bir Singh Deo, the seven-storey palace blends Rajput and Mughal architecture and stands on an isolated rock overlooking the town. Later proceed to Jhansi to explore Jhansi Fort, famous for its role in the Indian Rebellion of 1857 and the bravery of Rani Lakshmibai. Later continue to Orchha for overnight stay.

After breakfast, explore the historic town of Orchha, known for its grand palaces and temples. Visit the Orchha Fort Complex, which includes the magnificent Jahangir Mahal, Raja Mahal, and the sacred Ram Raja Temple. Also see Rai Praveen Mahal, Lakshmi Narayan Temple, and Phool Bagh.
